A Creative Shoot Unveiled
The Vision
Amidst the frostbitten landscape of Meaford, Ontario, a creative vision came to life within the enchanting walls of The Glasshouse. Dubbed Secrets of The Glasshouse, this styled shoot was a testament to the warmth and romance that can flourish, even on the coldest of days.

The Team
Led by Jane Woodhouse of Amanda Jerome Events, the vision was born from the venue itself—a breathtaking structure where masculine stone and concrete meet the soft femininity of flowing drapery and candlelight. The creative team, including Jessica Hobson Event Artistry, Jaclyn Roth Photography, and Amanda Jerome Events, collaborated to craft an atmosphere that felt both intimate and inviting.
Selecting the creative team was an intentional process. Jaclyn Roth’s eye for capturing raw emotion, paired with Jessica Hobson’s fearless approach to floral design, created an unforgettable aesthetic. For Amanda Jerome, the opportunity to bring past clients Dan and Steve into the shoot felt serendipitous, and their energy infused the day with playfulness and passion.

The Backdrop
The setting was nothing short of magical. As temperatures plunged to -20°C outside, the interior of The Glasshouse glowed with warmth. Cascading chiffon drapery adorned the tables, lush greenery provided a striking contrast to the wintry surroundings, and countless candles flickered against the glass walls. A roaring wood-burning fireplace added to the inviting ambiance, while champagne in hand, the stars of the shoot—husbands Dan and Steve—embodied pure love and joy.
